Job Description
The Business Skills and Compliance IP Creation Project Manager is responsible for creating, overseeing, and maintaining all development schedules and financial documentation related to IP creation tasks for our Business Skills and Compliance products.
Job Responsibilities
The Business Skills and Compliance IP Creation Project Manager works closely with IP Creation management and the Content Product Management team to create and maintain build plan and other planning schedules for all Business Skills and Compliance products. Maintenance includes tracking all related IP deliverables from internal resources and external vendors, including being the point of contact for formal communication with resources and vendors around schedules and deliverables, and handling of scope change and delivery issues in conjunction with IP Creation management. The role also includes creating and coordinating statements of work associated with outsource vendor tasks, tracking all IP Creation outsourcing costs, and working with Content Development to monitor and coordinate budget tracking.
Job Requirements

+ Degree in education, business, computer science, or a combination of post-secondary education and related experience required. PMI certification preferred but not required.

+ Minimum of 3 years project management experience, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in online content development

+ Experience in a courseware development environment preferred

+ Experienced with contract development and management

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Project, PPT, Word, Excel, etc.

+ Broad understanding of all aspects of content development (graphics, animation, audio, video, etc.) preferred
